Dear Melanie

Thank you so much for the FANTASTIC FLOWERS you did for our wedding. I had no idea what i wanted when i came to see you that 1st time but with your help and advice the finished items were TRULY WONDERFUL and received many favourable comments from the guests on the day and since.

Their only regret is that they are not local and cannot make use of your services!! We however will have no hesitation in returning and recommend you unconditionally.

Thank you also for saving the day for my CAKE, dispite my panic you remained calm and the cake on the day was, as you said it would be, unrecognisable from the disaster, which i brought to you two days before our wedding. It looked and tasted SUPERB.

My one regret is that i did not stick to my original idea and have you make it in the 1st place!!.

THANK YOU once again for the professional ways in which you dealt with everything and yet made us feel as if nothing was too much trouble, you are a STAR

Morning Melanie,

I just thought as it is now a couple of months since our wedding, on behalf of myself and my wife Sarah (Mr & Mrs Jacobs).

We would like to say a massive Thank You for all your support professionalism and kindness in making our special day even more special. Not only did you supply & arrange the wonderful flower displays in the church and the reception venue and arranging the table decorations at the venue, that I might add are still commented upon,

You also made (after much deliberation) the wonderfully chocolatty wedding cake which also tasted great!

I would just like to say thank you again for all that you did, we really did have a wonderful wedding and will be recommending your services to all friends, family and colleague's that are looking for that special touch, because that is excatly what it was.

Having a spring wedding, the beginning of March, and wishing to use white tulips for my bouquet seemed impossible but with Mel's experience both my bouquet and the bridesmaids were exactly what I wished for.

After our initial consultation when I described the sort of flowers I wanted and the colour theme for the wedding I was more than happy to leave everything in her capable hands.

Living in London my only means of communication with Mel was by email so her task was not easy. The little extras she added to both the flowers and wedding cake gave a personal touch to my wedding day and was very much appreciated by both families.

Mel did a superb job, my husband and I were delighted with the wedding flowers, cake and overall help and service that we received from Mel and we would gladly recommend her to anyone.

Hi Mel

Just wanted to drop you a quick email to say a BIG BIG THANK YOU to you.

As you know, I went to see a lot of cake makers before finding you at a wedding fair (thank God). Right from the start you were friendly and made me feel confident in listening to what you had to say and your ideas, you seemed to know just what I wanted.

The cake was just how I imagined it in my head and with all your help during the planning and design you made it so stress free. Your customer service was excellent at all times, whenever I felt nervous or uneasy you were always at the end of the phone helping me with my decisions. As everyone knows weddings are so stressful, but you made the whole process so easy.

The cake itself was LUSH!!!!LOL everybody enjoyed it as a desert and after in a box to take home....the fruit cake was so moist and kept fresh for what seemed forever... The children all loved their little cookies which of course you made into a MUSIC NOTE (theme of wedding) and it made them feel special on the day.

All that is left to say is that in the futureI will be calling you to make me some more of that sponge cake for Birthdays and parties and I feel that without your we wouldn't have got the cake we deserved for our special day.

Thankyou again and hopefully you will have me as a customer for life! lol

A further note from us to say how beautiful the golden wedding cake looked, and it tasted really delicious. Thank you, so much for sending the lovely photos, which we shall keep with the exquisite and detalied cake decoration.

I have put this in a glass-fronted cabinet, but am trying to work out how to keep if free from dust. How fortunate it was I found you in the yellow pages. I won't hesitate to recommend you at any future time.

We had a really lovelly day with the family. A special day to remember.
